How does PayRemit work?

Shop at merchants online stores partnered with PayRemit and select PayRemit as your preferred mode of payment.

Once the transaction has been processed, you will be issued a PayRemit Reservation Number. Present this to any PayRemit agent partner to pay.

How can I find PayRemit agents?

In our Website, we have “Where to Pay”, when you visit this page, select the country you are in and it will list down all available agents we have in your location.

Does the PayRemit Reservation Number expire?

Yes. Expiration varies per merchant. Expiry date of the PayRemit Reservation Number is indicated in the email sent to you. Please make sure that you are aware of the expiration to prevent any inconvenience on your part.

What do I do if the PayRemit Reservation Number expires?

You will have to process your order again in order to generate a new Reservation Number.

What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us by clicking the Chat Box and quote your Reservation Number. We will be more than glad to guide you and assist.

How soon will my payment be posted to the merchant?

Payment you have made are immediately reflected.

Once I have paid, what is the next step?

You will receive a notification confirming that payment has been received. You will be able to check this under "Transactions".

How is my order shipped?

Once the payment has been confirmed by Merchant, they will prepare your orders for shipment. Each Merchant have their own logistic process. PayRemit will inform you if the item is already in transit and will provide an estimate time of arrival to recipient.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted or processed?

You know that the order is successfully submitted when you are directed in a page where the "Reservation Number" is there, the amount payable and also an option to view the available agents in your location where you can proceed in paying. There is also a notification that you will receive that states "Reservation Confirmed".

I would like to change my order. What should I do?

When you shop, you can choose to add any item that you are interested in or like in your Shopping Cart. When you finally decide to proceed to checkout, click the icon of the "Shopping Cart" and review all the items you have added. For each item you can edit the quantity and you can also choose to remove an item completely from the cart.

What If a reservation number has already been provided and I suddenly want to change my order?

If a reservation number has already been provided, this cannot be changed anymore. However, you can choose to do another transaction which will then generate a new Reservation Number. This Reservation Number should be then be provided to the agent when you make a payment. What do you do with the old Reservation Number? Nothing. That Reservation Number will expire in a couple of days.
